| Best $35 bucks yet!! Bought my 59 a few months ago and noticed it had a pretty strong raw fuel smell in the cab, did a lot of reading online and many folks moved fuels tanks, changed fuel tanks, changed fuel sending unit gasket, etc...but it seemed there was fuel seeping around the outlet of my original sending unit, the tank was sound, the gasket was fine, so I replaced the entire unit for $35, which came with new gasket and screws, and its PERFECT. No smell, no seeping, AND my fuel gauge is more accurate then ever!!!! |
