| Put in a new headliner - 28 year old cardboard was a little crispy. Found this tool to be indispensable in getting the rubber cab windlace worked out over the sides as it should be. First time around I didnt bother, or didnt realize it should be.
After seeing my glass installers use a ball end hook tool like that - knew it would be handy. I actually bought it from Classic parts with the headliner last week, not knowing when I would have use for it. Even the 28 year old windlace went right into place without too much of a struggle using the tool. If only new AD windlace installed as reasonably.... |
